Requirements: 

• Prior Sales experience is required

• Proven ability to communicate and negotiate with clients to increase sales and results

• HVAC background is a plus

• Must be willing and able to go under houses and into attics

• The applicant must be able to lift at least 25 lbs

• Good communication with both the customer and the HVAC team is a must

• Must be willing to submit to a background check

• Must possess a valid driver's license
